Our Business

Organisational overview

Creating inclusive sustainable wellbeing through trust, innovation, and shared progress.

The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) exists to make lives better by protecting members' savings, investing responsibly, and creating opportunities for long-term financial security. Guided by four decades of trusted stewardship, we continue to place members at the centre of everything we do as we deliver Vision 2035.

Every contribution entrusted to the Fund represents more than a financial investment; it represents aspirations, families, livelihoods, and the opportunity for a better tomorrow.

Through responsible investment, innovation, and strong partnerships, we create lasting value for our members, contribute to Uganda's economic development, and advance our shared journey towards inclusive sustainable wellbeing.
