“During FY2025/26, the Committee maintained oversight of the Fund’s investment portfolio and major development projects, with particular attention to capital preservation, risk-adjusted returns, diversification and execution discipline. We reviewed portfolio performance against approved targets, assessed significant investment proposals and monitored the cost, timelines and performance of key real estate projects. Our recommendations to the Board were guided by our overriding duty to ensure that every investment is prudent, commercially viable and protects members’ savings.”
