Report Overview
03Integrated thinking
Discover how integrated thinking connects our six capitals, stakeholder expectations and decision-making to manage risk, identify opportunities and create sustainable long-term value.

Connected decisions
Integrated thinking
Integrated thinking is embedded throughout the Fund and informs how decisions are made across strategy, governance, risk management, performance and resource allocation.
By considering the interdependencies between our six capitals, stakeholder expectations and the external environment, we are better positioned to identify opportunities, manage risks and create sustainable value over the short, medium and long term.
This holistic approach enables us to strengthen organisational resilience, support responsible investment decisions, enhance member outcomes and contribute to Uganda's sustainable economic development.
