Sustainability is fundamental to the achievement of our Vision 2035 and the delivery of long-term value. At NSSF, environmental, social and governance considerations are embedded in how we create value, allocate capital, manage risk, serve members and contribute to Uganda's economic development.
As we transition from 40 years of shared trust to a future of inclusive sustainable wellbeing, ESG considerations increasingly inform strategic decision-making across the Fund. This approach enables us to strengthen member outcomes, support national development and create lasting value for current and future generations.
Our sustainability agenda is therefore not a separate programme. It is embedded within our core strategy and reflected in the decisions we make, the investments we pursue, the partnerships we build, and the way we manage our operations.
