As we commemorate four decades of serving Uganda, sustainability is no longer viewed as a separate reporting requirement. Rather, it is rooted in the way we think, govern, invest and serve. It shapes the choices we make today so that the value we create continues to benefit future generations.

The Fund’s purpose is to make saving a way of life while creating long-term prosperity for our members, communities, and country. This is about balancing today's performance with tomorrow's resilience. Every investment decision therefore carries two responsibilities: delivering sustainable, long-term returns for our members while contributing to a stronger, more inclusive and more resilient Uganda. In turn, this strengthens the Fund's ability to deliver better retirement outcomes for generations to come.

We increasingly recognise that sustainable growth requires active participation in expanding economic opportunity. Through innovation, partnerships and targeted inclusion initiatives, we are broadening economic participation, strengthening financial resilience and contributing to Uganda's long-term development.
