The requirements of this principle are achieved because NSSF has the following in place:
13th Board operating with unity and shared purpose – decisions are made by consensus.
Independent Board performance evaluations conducted by ICGU.
Annual Board Charter review.
Implementation of governance recommendations arising from evaluations.
Oversight of succession planning and ESG matters.
Area for future focus
