Double materiality assessment
Our double materiality assessment identified five interconnected material matters that have the greatest influence on NSSF's ability to create sustainable value for members while contributing to Uganda's long-term development.
Together, these material matters provide the strategic focus for how NSSF delivers Vision 2035, allocates resources, manages risk, measures performance, and creates sustainable value over the short, medium, and long term.
The position of each material matter reflects the Board’s assessment of its relative significance to NSSF’s ability to create sustainable value, considering both financial materiality and its impact on members, society and Uganda.
