The Staff Administration and Corporate Affairs Committee of the Board complied with its mandate for the year under review and all scheduled meetings were held.

Overall contribution to sustainable wellbeing
The committee’s oversight of the organisational structure and staff establishment, executive recruitment and contract renewals, remuneration and performance appraisal, talent management and staff wellbeing, together with the Fund’s communication and stakeholder engagement, supported the development of a competent and well-motivated workforce and strengthened human resource and corporate affairs governance. Through these efforts, the committee helped protect the Fund’s reputation, embed equality and inclusion, and sustain the institutional capability required to deliver long-term value to members.
