Business continuity management and disaster recovery plan
Resilience is the ability to prepare for, respond to, adapt to, and recover from challenges such as economic downturns, cyberattacks, supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, etc, while continuing to achieve organisational objectives.
The Fund has a comprehensive business continuity management framework and a robust disaster recovery plan in place, which is tested annually to assess its effectiveness. During FY2025/26, we conducted a disaster recovery exercise which resulted in 80% of the systems being recovered within the planned timeframe.
A root cause analysis was conducted for applications that were not recovered within the planned recovery time, and the identified issues were addressed.
