Compensation components

The Fund’s pay structure may include any or all the following: fixed pay, performance-based increments, and variable pay.

Fixed pay

Fixed remuneration provides employees with financial security while recognising the scope, complexity, and responsibilities of their roles. The Fund maintains a structured grading framework that promotes fairness, internal equity, and market competitiveness.

Performance-based increments

Performance-based increments recognise employees who consistently deliver exceptional outcomes for members and the Fund. By linking pay progression to performance and market position, the Fund reinforces accountability, continuous improvement, and sustainable high performance.

Variable pay

Variable pay rewards employees for delivering results that create value for members while aligning individual success with organisational performance.
