Embedding our culture to deliver inclusive sustainable wellbeing
During FY2025/26, the Fund moved from defining its refreshed values to embedding them across the organisation. Developed through extensive engagement with employees at every level, the values now provide a shared language that shapes behaviours, strengthens decision-making and reinforces our commitment to serving members with excellence.
The next phase focuses on integrating the values into leadership, learning and development, performance management, and everyday decision-making so that they become part of how we work rather than simply statements of intent.
