Committee declaration

The ARC is satisfied that it fulfilled its mandate in accordance with its Terms of Reference, Work Plan and Board Charter during the year under review.

Demonstrates effective stewardship, accountability and fulfilment of the Committee's responsibilities while supporting the long-term sustainability of the Fund.

Value preservation priorities for FY2026/27

The committee will continue operating within its mandate and ensuring all matters reserved for its consideration are effectively addressed, to sustain strong governance and oversight across the Fund.

  • Continued focus on strategic risks in cyber security, real estate, litigation and third-party relationships, to strengthen resilience and preparedness against key strategic and emerging risks.
  • Increased engagement with non-compliant employers, supporting improved contribution compliance and protection of member value.
  • Enhanced due diligence processes for real estate acquisitions and procurement activities, and thereby improves investment quality and supports sustainable long-term returns.
  • Ongoing policy enhancements to address evolving environmental, business and regulatory requirements, to maintain governance effectiveness, regulatory compliance and organisational agility.
