Empowering growth: Employee training and development

Aligned with Vision 2035 and its commitment to a future-ready workforce, the Fund implemented targeted learning and development initiatives during the year. These focused on leadership capability, digital readiness, technical expertise and employee effectiveness, while addressing current and future workforce needs.

Emotional intelligence training

Facilitated by Emotional Intelligence Labs through the Percipio learning platform, 481 employees enrolled for the training which focused on self-awareness, interpersonal effectiveness, and workplace application.

Cyber security awareness training

The training aimed at strengthening organisation-wide awareness and resilience against emerging cyber threats. More than 300 employees enrolled, with 123 employees completing the programme.

Leader as a coach Programme (Cohort 3)

The Leader as a coach Academy has equipped 70 leaders to date, including 25 participants in Cohort 3, who were equipped with coaching skills to support employee growth, development, and performance.

Wealth management training

30 member-facing employees completed foundational wealth management training, enhancing their ability to support members long-term financial planning and wealth management decisions.

Competency based recruitment training

More than 55 leaders completed competency-based recruitment training, building on 34 employees trained in the previous financial year. The programme strengthens objective, evidence-based talent selection.

Data analytics training

250 employees undertook data analytics training to support supporting data-driven decision-making and enhance analytical capability across the organisation.

Lead-Up: Transition to Management Programme

15 newly appointed managers completed the programme through Percipio, and were equipped with foundational skills to transition effectively from individual contributors to people leaders.

Through these strategic investments, the Fund continues to build the employee capabilities needed to respond to emerging challenges and deliver on the aspirations of Vision 2035.
