Team building activities

Team building activities were organised throughout the year to strengthen collaboration, build stronger interpersonal relationships and teamwork beyond day-to-day responsibilities.

06

Human resource roadshows

Human Resource Business Partners conducted roadshows across all branches, creating opportunities to listen to employee concerns, gather feedback and address workplace matters while strengthening connection across the Fund.

07

Annual Staff Conference

The May 2026 Staff Conference provided a platform to communicate strategic priorities, organisational developments, and the future plans. The Fund also launched its new organisational values in line with Vision 2035. These values aim to ensure organisational culture alignment with the current strategic direction while strengthening employees’ connection to the Fund’s purpose, culture, and long-term aspirations.

Communication and equal opportunities

Communication

Our commitment to a positive work environment is built on trust, transparency, and teamwork. Effective communication is integral to our culture, with online platforms providing employees with channels to share insights and concerns.

Our intranet provides daily updates on Fund operations, reinforcing our commitment to accountability, transparency, and connection across the organisation. Policies are clear, accessible, and reviewed every two years to ensure legal compliance and alignment with organisational strategy.

Equal opportunities

We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where every individual is valued, heard, and has a sense of belonging. Fair access to opportunities is emphasised at the workplace regardless of culture, faith, ethnicity, physical ability, gender, or age. Our workforce grew to 669 employees from 614 in the previous year following new hires. Employee turnover declined to 2.2% from 4.0% the previous year, reflecting increased workforce stability.
