Employee engagement and communication

The Fund’s approach to employee engagement is centred on creating a workplace where employees feel valued, informed and aligned with organisational objectives. During FY2025/26, we strengthened employee involvement and commitment through a range of engagement and communication initiatives.

Key highlights

Employee engagement survey

The annual survey provides employees with an opportunity to share honest feedback that informs leadership decisions. Overall satisfaction increased to 93%, from 91% in the previous year, demonstrating sustained employee commitment, motivation, and confidence in the organisation.

360-degree leadership review

The 360-degree feedback process enables employees to provide constructive all-round feedback to leaders, subordinates, and peers. This approach supports transparency, accountability, continuous improvement, and leadership development across the Fund.

Ask your MD platform

The Ask Your MD platform provides a confidential digital channel for employees to share feedback, ideas, and concerns directly with the Managing Director. The platform is managed by the Chief People and Culture Officer and supports anonymous submissions, real-time chat for urgent matters and response tracking while ensuring responsiveness, transparency, and integrity.

Managing Director’s town halls

Regular town halls to keep employees informed about organisational performance, strategic priorities, and key developments, while providing opportunities for direct engagement through open question and answer sessions with the Managing Director and Executive Committee.
