Board performance evaluation
In accordance with the Board Charter, Board performance evaluations are conducted twice during the Board's three-year term rather than annually. The first evaluation takes place after eighteen months of service and the second shortly before the end of the Board's term.
The current Board's mid-term evaluation was in progress by an external firm as at 30 June 2026 and had not yet been concluded at the reporting date. Accordingly, the results are not included in this report. The findings, together with any actions identified to enhance Board effectiveness, will be reported in the next reporting cycle. The final evaluation of the current Board will be conducted approximately two months before the end of its term and will inform ongoing governance improvement, Board effectiveness, and succession planning.
