  • Engaged employers through Relationship Managers and the Customer Acquisition Unit
  • Conducted regional employer engagement forums
  • Delivered workplace financial literacy training
  • Used the Whistle-blower campaign to strengthen employer compliance and engagement

Strategic response, value creation and outcomes

  • Collected over UGX 2.42 trillion in member contributions, supporting workers' retirement savings
  • Onboarded 6,410 new employers, expanding coverage and inclusion
  • 11,427 businesses returned to compliance through the Whistle-blower campaign, generating UGX 89 billion
  • Employer compliance increased to 56%, from 52% in 2025
  • More than 2,500 employers participated in four regional Employer Forums
  • Conducted 289 Workplace Financial Literacy trainings for employers and partners
  • Strengthened employer support through Relationship Manager engagements
