Transparency and accountability

Transparency and accountability remain fundamental to the way we engage with our members and stakeholders. Our 13th Annual Members' Meeting (AMM), held on 22 September 2025, provided an important platform to share the Fund's performance, discuss emerging social security trends, and outline our strategic priorities for the future, while reinforcing our mission to make saving a lifestyle.

Performance and strategic priorities

During the meeting, the Board of Directors and Management presented the Fund's financial and operational performance, future initiatives, and strategic direction, while engaging directly with members through an interactive question-and-answer session.

The event also featured addresses by the Hon. Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development and the Hon. Minister of Gender, Labour, and Social Development, who shared government priorities for the Fund.The Hon. Minister of Finance also declared an interest rate of 13.5% on members savings for FY2024/25.

Accessible member engagement

To ensure broad accessibility, the meeting was streamed across the Fund's digital platforms and national television channels.The event attracted 37,727 live views, compared with 11,365 in the previous year, while reaching more than 2.4 million people across the Fund's social media platforms and generating over 13.5 million impressions.

By creating open and accessible opportunities for dialogue, the Annual Members' Meeting reinforced our commitment to transparency and accountability while building confidence in the stewardship of members' savings.
