FY2025/26 was the first full year of Vision 2035, an ambitious agenda to expand coverage, strengthen financial sustainability and achieve service excellence. Vision 2035 is built around three long-term aspirations:

Achieving these aspirations requires more than operational performance. It requires a governance system able to balance short-term demands against long-term sustainability while guiding strategic execution, innovation, capital allocation, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. King V™ provides that framework.
The Fund's approach therefore aligns strategic intent, culture, risk management, stakeholder inclusion, sustainability, and accountability in a single integrated model, supporting decisions across all six capitals – financial, human, intellectual, manufactured, social and relationship, and natural.
The Board increasingly focused on governance outcomes rather than activities alone. In keeping with our transition to the King V™ philosophy, effectiveness was assessed against four outcomes: Ethical Culture; Performance and Value Creation; Conformance and Prudent Control; and Legitimacy. These provide the lens used throughout this report.
