King V™ transition

Board’s concluding statement on King V™

The Board confirms that the transition to King V™ has commenced. The desktop review has provided early insight into matters to be addressed to align governance practices further with King V™. The Board and Management believe that application of the King Code principles has over time realised value for the Fund within its economic, social, and environmental context. The transition continues in FY2026/27, when the first King V™ Disclosure Framework will be prepared to align with our 30 June 2027 year end and published on the NSSF webpage.
