Strategic highlights
During FY2025/26, employee engagement increased to 93%, exceeding the annual target of 91%. This reflects continued investment in employee development, leadership capability, innovation, and culture as the Fund builds the people and capabilities required to deliver Vision 2035.
Building leadership and institutional capability
The Fund progressed the Centre of Excellence as a platform for knowledge sharing and capability development, while advancing the Leadership Academy to strengthen current and future leadership capacity.
Expanding development opportunities
Two-way secondments and placements across investee companies, International Social Security Association organisations and strategic partners broadened employee exposure, strengthened specialist expertise and brought new perspectives into the Fund.
Unlocking employee talent and innovation
A staff showcase platform created opportunities for employees to share their ideas, capabilities and innovations, encouraging greater visibility, learning, and collaboration across the Fund.
Strengthening culture and wellbeing
Project Ignite continued embedding the Fund's purpose and values into leadership, behaviours and ways of working, supported by employee engagement, wellness, and inclusion initiatives.
Looking ahead
During FY2026/27, the Fund will focus on strengthening its culture, enhancing the employee experience, and building the capabilities needed to deliver Vision 2035.
Key priorities include:
Embedding a trusted
culture
Continue the culture journey through the Culture Academy, reinforcing organisational values, trust and the behaviours required for a high-performing organisation.
Enhancing employee wellbeing and experience
Progress Top Employer Certification while strengthening employee financial wellbeing and broader wellness initiatives.
Expanding career and development pathways
Introduce dual career pathways for leadership and specialist progression, supported by the alumni network to strengthen mentorship and professional development.
Modernising human capital management
Implement a new HCM system to improve employee experience, strengthen talent analytics, and support more effective management of the employee journey.
The Fund will also continue progressing the Leadership Academy and other capability, culture, and employee-development initiatives already underway.
