The financial year was characterised by resilient, disciplined, and value-focused performance. The sustained growth in revenue relative to costs over the past decade reflects the operating leverage, efficiency and cost discipline embedded within the Finance Function. It demonstrates our commitment to managing every shilling entrusted to the Fund responsibly and converting it into meaningful value for members.
Looking ahead, Finance will continue to support Fund-wide strategic and operational excellence by strengthening data-driven decision making, expanding predictive analytics, adopting relevant emerging technologies, improving processes, and developing our people.
